Get in touch with one of our representatives by phone or email so you don’t have to leave the comforts of your own home. We will assist you and take any questions that you may have for us. We will then review your valuables and give you an offer. From time to time, we may need an image of the item to better determine its value for a more accurate offer.

We offer two discrete methods to sell your valuables

In Person

Step 1

Book a time and date online to meet our trained consultants in one of our 20 U.S. locations.

Step 2

Meet with our consultants where your items are privately evaluated right in front of you.

Step 3

After the items are reviewed, a written offer will be made. Should you accept the offer, you are paid on the spot, no waiting.

Online

Step 1

Contact us via phone, text, or email and send us images and description and any supporting documents (diamond certificated, watch warranties, etc.) of your items.

Step 2

Our consultants will make you an estimation range of the value of your items and send you a shipping kit.

Step 3

A free kit (with a label for prepaid shipping) will be sent for you to package your valuables safely and securely.

Step 4

Once we receive your valuables, we will do a final review and inspection. We will (of course) contact you via phone, text, or by email and once you confirm and agree, payment will be sent immediately via wire transfer, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or another cash app of your choice.
